Mousercise debuted on Disney Channel during the 1980s exercise craze. While it might seem weird, it's actually a small part of a larger movement of change that saw both men and women change how they workout and where they workout. It was also a great platform for Kellyn Plasschaert and Steve Stark, the show's two stars. Mousercise helped launch the Disney Channel, but it's lasting impact of fun and silly exercise is something that's lasted and the nostalgic feeling for Mousercise currently has Disney considering a show for the future.
