Cutscene with rivals RK in Week 21 before your second showdown with them. This is also the time where they become super easy to beat and you pretty much proceed on with the story.

If you would like to see the post-FES cutscene (it just has Ritsuko talking to you and your leader (my case, Chihaya), and then ??? (Touma Amagase from 961Pro) bursting in and laughing at you (loljerk) let me know, and I'll dig around my sea of videos to find it.
