This cutscene takes place after you evening activities on week 26 (I think?). Ritsuko comes and warns you about how 961 Pro's Amagase Touma singlehandedly beat Ryuuguu Komachi.
This was such a sad scene for RK in general, and I enjoyed it because you see another side to them (other than their... pretty much comic-relief side). And DAT SAD MUSIC. It just made my heart wrench... I hope it does for you as well...
