Here's another Wargroove puzzle I made. This video shows the solution, so if you want to figure it out yourself, I recommend not watching until after you solve it.
This puzzle was much harder to make than my first one (Crossing the Rubicon) and is hopefully quite a bit harder to solve. As the size of a densely packed puzzle increases, it becomes more difficult to change something without causing side effects. I removed many unintended solutions while creating the puzzle, but it's possible that some remain; let me know if you find one.
