The IDEAL backup for my Fractal FM3? : Tonex ONE @paulbradshawguitar

Here's how I use the Tonex One as a backup rig for my Fractal FM3

I can't really afford/warrant a second FM3 as a backup rig, so what's a good option in a pinch that can fit in my gigbag?

The IK Multimedia Tonex ONE especially with the new FX update, is quite a nice contender, given that you can capture your signal chain from the Fractal unit (complete with Multiband compressor, EQing etc...) so you'll have the same tone on the go

There are some limitations and things to bear in mind, but thought I'd share this in case it's useful for some of you out there,

this applies to my use case scenario, we all have different setups, but given how dialed in digital rigs are these days, it's great to have an option that has the same tone, should anything go wrong

Guitar is an Ibanez RGDIX6PB with Evertune retrofit, Häussel Vin + ceramic pickup in the bridge
