Here's a walkthrough and setup of a super tight and aggressive noise gate within your Fractal audio FM3 / FM9 / Axe Fx 3
I've gone through this in a previous video, give the questions i've seen on various videos and online thought I'd do a separate video on setting up a noise gate more specifically for metal

This is akin to setting up something like a Fortin Zuul, Lichtlaerm Key & the gate, within the Fractal unit

The benefit of using a sidechain style gate means you can go nuts with distortion and gain while still maintaining a super tight gate
