I don’t do ‘skinny for the summer’ programs so if you’re still on that train I am not a stop you’ll want to make.

But if you’re building a body that you LOVE the look of and can trust to carry you through life on a throne fit for a queen - then let’s chat.

Look, weight cycling is just a common thing for many women - the look of shock that comes over some women’s faces when they realize they have been doing this for DECADES is always hard to watch.

Not just because of the mental hamster wheel they’ve been on - but because weight cycling over long periods of time has not-so- pretty consequences, especially in midlife:

1. Loss of Mean Muscle Mass
2. Reduced Resting Metabolic Rate
3. Impaired Insulin Sensitivity and Greater Fat Accumulation
4. Hormonal Disruption of Hunger & Satiety
5. Connective Tissue and Skin Quality Decline

So, let’s get you off of the hamster wheel for good.
