For the many people needing more effective ways to respond to life's hardships and stressors that will lead to more desirable outcomes, emotional well-being and healthier living - the HeartMath Institute launched the HeartMath for Communities Project utilizing De-Stress Workshops™. The initiative aims to reach to as many people as possible, especially nonprofit organizations who lack resources for programs like HeartMath's.
The institute is reaching out to you to help make HeartMath programs available to even more people who desperately need them.
