Fifteen years in the industry and the biggest lesson Karlie Kloss took from all of it wasn’t about fashion, business or fame.
It was learning to trust her own voice over everyone else’s. Starting so young meant there were always people around her telling her what she was supposed to be and do. And she’s learned the hard way that when she stops listening to herself, that’s when things go wrong.
She’d rather make a mistake on her own terms than make the same mistake because she ignored her gut. At least then she owns it.
