I reveal three techniques for the ultimate #hamburger. You might pay $60 or more for a posh #beef_burger containing truffles and foie gras, but it won't taste as good as this $5 model with homemade mayo and rich meat stock. I'm using a beef skirt, but you can use hanger, short rib, or brisket.
