However, not only are we in a simulation, but the simulation has been hacked.

The hack can be seen as a contamination of the organic simulation.

The hackers are like parasites and are keeping our spirit essence trapped in the simulation.
We're now looping endlessly, so they can feed on our bio-photonic spirit essence.
