The seminar was a Jujitsu workshop which I was very excited about since Rickson Gracie is my favorite member of the Gracie family and I have been following his fighting career since I was a teenager. I learned a lot and am now able to apply the physical, mental, and spiritual skills I learned from Rickson Gracie and Gracie Jujitsu to my Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and Qigong practice!
