This is traditional Chinese Qigong called Yi Jin Jing or I Chin Ching. It is a set of 49 Qigong postures or Chi Kung Postures brought to the Shaolin Temple by Tamo or Damo or Bodhidharma in the 6th century. This is Yi Jin Jing Qigong Posture 41.
