The Goten/Trunks Ship WORKS in the Canon Timeline! (Dragon Ball Z) || Teen/Young Adult Goten x Trunks is one of the oldest queer love ships in the history of the Dragon Ball franchise, and that’s mainly thanks to how they act together near the end of Dragon Ball Z. But despite Dragon Ball Super in the process of retconning the original ending to Dragon Ball Z, slash shippers and LGBT fans of the Goten and Trunks and their possible romantic involvement in the anime is all still possible in the canon timeline. And it’s all thanks to how the two learned the Fusion Dance in order to form Gotenks.
