What makes for a good life?
I explore this question (thanks for the assist Dr. Waldinger) while also looking back at the year that was in 2021. I also open up about the past couple of years in the aftermath of Covid-19 and the pandemic, what "languishing" is and its effects on me, losing our family business during protests, creating opportunity from misfortune and finding reasons for optimism approaching the new year.
It is my sincere hope that you take this message to heart, emphasize good human relationships above all else and find your version of "the good life" in 2022.

What makes for a good life?
