A mad man has started killing gods. A little girl prays on a godless world. In the Viking Age, a young Thor is being hunted by the God Butcher. In the present, the God Butcher returns and Thor of the Avengers tries to hunt him down. In the far future, old King Thor seeks to undo his failure and finally put down the God Butcher. Their quests will take these three Thors through space and time. Their quest will force them to confront the God Butcher's ideology. Their quest will be known as the God Butcher Saga.
