Mitch Thrower graduated from St. Lawrence University in 1990. He was the President of his senior graduating class and he was an accomplished representative of the "serious students" that St. Lawrence maintains its rosters are filled with.
As class president, Mitch was given the honor of giving a graduation speech. As expected, his speech was filled with inside jokes and references that were meant mainly for his fellow classmates. However during the last minutes of his talk, he shared the gift of perspective that is available to all of us and, if used, will help us all to achieve higher results in our own lives.
