Hi :)
I had some time over my winter break so I decided to build a giant (but still relatively small) chain reaction project. Similar to the Foreign Object Domino Chain from about a year and a half ago, this project uses many different objects for domino tricks. I feel like this is where my style shines the most :D
Learning from recent team events, I'm now trying to clean up my style a bit. I've started using k'nex and condensing my tricks down to consistent motions. So far it's working out- aside from scrapping one trick, everything in the video worked during every trial run. Hopefully I can keep getting better.
This project even had a rebuild factor, where I could set all dominoes and tricks back up in a couple of hours if it failed. Fortunately though, it worked on the first try :p
I'm very happy that I got the chance to do a homemade project like this again! It's always good practice for event building. It felt kinda rusty at first but overall it was fun.
