There are many walks to find through Hardcastle Crags. with one walk heading up hill to an area called Crimsworth Dean, past ruins, standing stones, woodlands and waterfalls.
On this specific hillside, there have been many noticeable sightings of the ghostly kind... glowing balls of light, orbs appearing on camera, and even a girl in a white dress seen running and vanishing into thin air.
Could this girl be Katie? A young girl who lived across the valley on Haworth Old Road, centuries before. who sadly threw herself off a bridge after a tragic love story that saw two young men lose their lives.... the same bridge that has seen the ghost of a girl in a white dress cross it on misty midnights?
