I've been using the Garmin ecosystem for a while now to track my performance and plan training for my fitness and cycling goals. I'm using the Forerunner 945 Watch, Edge 530 Bike Computer, and syncing it to the Garmin Connect app. This allows me to track all kinds of data about my health as well and pair with other apps like Strava and Training Peaks to be part of a healthy community.
