STANS is essentially SKATE but for handstands. Each round, one person sets a skill and the other has to match or recieves a letter. If both complete the challenge then a new skill is added to the sequence and the round continues until one fails. After a letter is recieved the sequence is reset.

This is a great game for having fun but also solidify skills. It is a novel way of training strength endurance and performing moves under a little pressure. It can be applied to most disciplines such as bars, rings, floor or even flexibility flow. Give it a go and challenge a friend.
