Hey guys, welcome back to Luxurious Life, and today we're gonna be talking about the future of the tallest skyscrapers.
At number one - we have the Jeddah Tower. The skyscraper is likely to become the first to break the one-kilometer Mark. Not really because it's already under construction and supported by the deep pockets of billionaire Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin tile. But because it was designed by Adrian Smith. An architect whose career highlights include the Hancock Center and the Burj Khalifa.
At number two - we have the Wuhan Greenland Center. Another project being overseen by the firm of Adrian Smith and Gordon Gill architecture this in the works tower and the central China region offers a unique curve profile, a tripod shape that tapers and forms a dome to reduce wind resistance and the entire structure.
At number three - have the China Zun Tower. Modeled after a ceremonials vessel, a bronze, a ceramic design meant to hold wine with this gently curving tower water soon rise over the new extension of Beijing central business district. Designed by the international architecture firm pharaohs with engineering, the help of our open KPF serving as a design and executive architect.
At number four - we have the Grand Rama 9 Tower. a symbol of recent developments in the Thai Capitol. The under-construction transit lines, connecting outlying areas to central business districts. The supertall will actually be an exclamation point on Bangkok's continued growth as a regional hub named after a famous Thai King. The future landmark will be Southeast Asia's tallest building.
At number five - we have the Global Financial Center Tower 1. Nicknamed the Pearl, the North, the 111 stories mixed-use skyscraper will feature a circular inset towards the apex as well as a luxury auto showroom towards the top floor and a smaller sister tower, both designed by Atkins set in the golden corridor and the city's central business district.
At number six - we have Evergrande International. Originally designed by Atkins with Thornton, Tomasetti actually working as a structural engineer. This unique tower mimics the contours of bamboo with Myra, adds seven vertical sections set to utilize a core outer rigger system, the mixed-use structure will be the centerpiece of the central business district, and he fired a city in East-central China.
