This is a follow-up to our video released in the summer of 2023, titled "Could the DC Metro get a Loop Line?" We found out the answer today: no. Or at least, not yet. Instead, Metro is going all-in on automation, platform screen doors, extra busways, and more entrances at busy stations. All this to spend less money, and still improve capacity. What are your thoughts?
