The Amtrak Airo is a new platform of daytime intercity trains for Amtrak. Set to launch in 2026, these cars are built by Siemens and feature every modern amenity you would expect from a new train. They will dramatically transform rail travel in the United States for decades to come.

In February 11, 2026, I was invited to attend the exclusive first look ceremony. This is the footage from that event.
