Steam Next Fest and all the other recent gaming events have given us a ton of great new indie games to fawn over. It's been an especially great time for retro styled indes, and genres we don't often see anymore.

With that in mind, this time around I went looking for the best retro indie demos at this year's event. I played 23 demos, and these are the best I found.
