this video is on the shorter side, Im concerned about what I think the discourse around DAngelo Wallaces excellent recent video about Cody Ko and Tana Mongeau will be, and Im concerned that the wrong people will be held accountable for things that arent nearly as bad at what Cody has been accused of or his bestie has been convicted of. I think DAngelos video was fantastic but I think some people its unfair to levy blame at are getting weird amounts of blame here.

Ruth Coker Burks, the AIDS ANGEL Of Hot Springs, Arkansas is a grifter. In this video I uncover some of her scams and I interview people who were in the area, who were providing resources to HIV/AIDS patients in Hot Springs, Arkansas at the time of the memoir All The Young Men.
This video is a passion project and would not have been possible without the participation of Tim Looper or Mike Melancon. It is dedicated to the memory of Daymon Jones, another pioneer in AIDS treatment in Hot Springs, and we tell some of his story in the video, since Ruth neglected to do so in her memoir. We also talk about the upcoming stage production ANGEL OF ARKANSAS, which promises to be ghoulish, and which we will discuss if it ever actually hits broadway after its previews. I thought I would finish uploading the video before midnight on the 21st, I say the video was uploaded the same day as previews but that was a deadline I also missed after my initial World AIDS day one.
