Released between 2008 and 2017, the LEGO Batman mobile games were some of the weirdest and most forgotten entries in the entire LEGO gaming franchise. From bizarre iPhone-exclusive minigame collections and old Java beat-em-ups, through to handheld ports of LEGO Batman 2 and LEGO Batman 3, plus even a lost endless runner tie-in for The LEGO Batman Movie, this video dives deep into the history of LEGO Batman on mobile phones.
As someone who grew up loving the console versions of these games, I somehow never actually played any of the mobile releases back in the day. So in this video, we’re going back through all of them to see how they compare, what was changed, what was removed, and whether any of these mobile adaptations were actually worth playing.
