This one's not too bad if you're prepared.
First, you'll want to equip your lightning resist accessories. You can find both before this boss. Paralysis will make her more difficult.
Otherwise, this is a fight where playing defensively is the easiest route for the average player. I got a little too greedy in this video and almost threw. Lol
Don't attack into her shield more than twice or she'll do a devastating grab counter. Getting behind her with Shadow Reversal or anothe move opens her up for the bast punish windows.
