The term "Positional Hierarchy" is one used in Jiu-Jitsu to refer to superior and inferior positions in ground fighting. It denotes who has the positional advantage and how to operate in good and bad spots, as well as what to prioritize in terms of defense and offense. In this video, I explain the concept and give examples, so that people can have a reference guide for their training, whether just starting out, or as a refresher for seasoned practitioners.
