The Russian Arm Tie is a powerful and versatile tool for control and setting up takedowns. Getting caught with a well-timed and technical Russian can be very problematic. So, in this video, Ian Strimbeck and I show some of our favorite ways of dealing with this 2-on-1 control and countering it to our advantage.
