There is a lot of stuff on youtube about atheism vs. theism, and creationists vs. evolution, but what about the evolution of religion (rather than evolution vs. religion?). Religionists who accept evolution something like to talk about how they can come to terms with both, as non-overlapping magesteria (sic). Not only do I believe this is fallacious, but to take it even further, I believe religion can be understood from a naturalistic viewpoint, perhaps even as an evolutionary phenomenon. Religion and evolution can perhaps coexist, but not for the reasons evangelical scientists think!
A lecture:
Professor David Sloan Wilson presents a lecture on the Evolution of Religion.
He is a Group Selection proponent which is somewhat controversial in the history of evolutionary theory.
This talk is for those interested in religion from an evolutionary perspective. David Sloan Wilson is a fantastic communicator of these ideas.

I think youtube, like the internet, can also function as an educational device, and can feedback and change society. I doubt the doubter, who don phony skeptic glasses on this, saying its all just banal entertainment. I personally have learned an exceptional amount from the following types of channels:
AronRa, Atheist Experience, Stanford University channel, Qualia Soup, and on and on. And clearly, many others have too.
Previous generations worked tirelessly to build cathedrals and temples that transcended them, and left their mark inexorably into the future. Why not join in on the building of a global conversation, and education, of ourselves?
