This soundtrack is from the Zinnia battle, which is available in the Delta Episode post-game in Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. It later on received two remixes from Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and Pokemon Masters, which she was introduced as a free character after clearing her story chapter.
