I watched Boomslang's AM32 vs Escape32 video, and I think he made a fair point. The issue wasn't that Escape32 is bad software—it isn't. The problem is that many users struggle to tune it, and instead of getting helpful guidance, they sometimes receive criticism instead.
As someone who has spent years working with both AM32 and Escape32, I understand both sides. Escape32 is incredibly powerful, but it also has a steep learning curve. That's exactly why I'm building software with presets and easier programming—to make advanced ESCs accessible to everyone.
What do you think? Should developers focus more on making products easier to use, or is it up to users to learn the system?
