Provisional Titles:Boruto’s MISCALCULATION Is Leading To Konoha’s DESTRUCTION
**Boruto Uzumaki might be approaching the worst possible moment for Momoshiki to take control of his body.
Kashin Koji's Ten Directions has already shown a possible future where Boruto appears with Momoshiki's horn while Kawaki and Himawari are nearby. Momoshiki has also made it clear that he is willing to kill Kawaki if Kawaki interferes with his plans. However, there could be another person present who makes this situation infinitely worse for Boruto: Kobu.
Because of Omnipotence, Kobu believes Boruto is the outsider who betrayed Konoha and murdered Naruto and Hinata. He also believes Kawaki and Himawari are Naruto's children. If Kobu witnesses Momoshiki controlling Boruto and attacking them, what conclusion is he supposed to reach?
From Kobu's perspective, Boruto would look like a monster who murdered Naruto and Hinata before returning to finish off their children.
That misunderstanding could completely destroy Boruto politically while creating one of the most important parallels between Boruto and Kawaki.
During Part One, Kawaki constantly lived beneath the suspicion of people like Shikamaru. No matter how close Kawaki became to Naruto's family, there were people waiting for him to prove their suspicions correct. Boruto could now be forced to experience that same isolation.
More importantly, this could parallel Naruto and Sasuke. Naruto wanted to save Sasuke long before he truly understood Sasuke's pain. It was only after Naruto experienced devastating loss and hatred himself that he could better understand the darkness consuming his friend.
Boruto may need the same experience before he can truly save Kawaki.
Momoshiki taking control could make Boruto look guilty of something he never chose to do, but surviving that darkness without becoming consumed by it could ultimately prove Kawaki wrong.
There is always another way.**
