The Embrace offers plenty of adjustment points, making it a great fit for most people, from around 5 feet up to just under 6'4".

The mesh backrest and headrest are both comfortable and breathable, helping with airflow to keep your back and neck cool during long sessions. The seat cushion is thick, supportive, and genuinely comfortable to sit on for hours.
