When we move from individual contributor to leader, we unravel one identity based in making things and suddenly find ourselves as a beginner at leadership and management. The result can be a confidence jarring dip, just at the time we are supposed to be at the top of our game.

This is a new series of videos of advice, tips and thoughts about the journey into creative leadership, based on 30 years of experience in the industry and several years of coaching design and other creative leaders.
