Slow living has made my life better in many ways. But lately, I’ve started to feel that slow living is being pigeonholed.

What used to be an empowering movement for busy people now seems to have turned into escapism: living off the grid, baking, reading by the fire.

This might alienate those who could benefit from slowing down the most.

So today I want to talk about the dark side of slow living.
