Taheiji Koyama, 'The Controller' of the Sigma unit, is the last of the six members and has been greenlit for assassination. He is currently waiting for surgery at the GAMA hospital in Hokkaido, but has surprisingly been stalling receiving his treatment and has also opted out of getting extra security despite the obvious threat to his life.
With his death the notorious Sarajevo Six will finally be finished.
