The second Congress of Vienna addresses the way we deal with abuse, infringements and violence and therefore also touches on one of the probably most influential movements of the last years: #MeToo. The latter triggered fundamental change in the art and culture scene and brought entanglements of sexual violence and power to the light – in the very scene in which crossing boundaries, excess and collective action are so closely intertwined.
