KOJRO Retro innovations | The Commodore 1702, Part 1. We are blowing some fuses in our attempt to get info about this classic. @kojroRI | Uploaded November 2023 | Updated October 2024, 2 hours ago.
This is the third Commodore monitor repair appearing on my channel. I do have some more in the pipeline, but when it comes to monitors you need to have the available desk space. Not only because the monitors take some space, but you need to really take a serious view on the safety. If you don’t have the space, you might create unsafe situations where you touch the high voltage parts, and when you have kids running around the danger can be even more real. So this is work I normally do down in my garden shed! This is not my monitor, but I promised a viewer that I would take a peek at it and see what I could find out. This is the first episode, and we go through the information we have about this monitor, and start the dismantling. As usual I try to give some tips and pointers along the way. The information in this video, comes from my head, and from these webpages #commodore #1702 #RetroRepair.
