The Colonel's Bequest is a 1989 adventure game from Roberta Williams and Sierra and the first game in the short lived Laura Bow series. Colonel Dijon has invited family to his creepy mansion estate in the bayou where he's set to announce his will. When greed and anger boil over into a trail murders, it's up to Laura Bow, an aspiring journalist and daughter of a detective, to figure out whodunit before she becomes the next victim!
