In episode twenty-two of this Fallout 2 playthrough, Nukie McRad travels to San Francisco once again. There, he helps the inhabitants of the Shi Temple to meet their leader/computer and subsequently travels to an oil tanker to help the residents and workers there to prove he's good people and gain passage to the rig where the villagers are being held.
