I found out about a free composer tool called "lmms" a few days ago and I decided try it out. This is the result. I think it's safe to say that this is something very different from what I would normally consider writing, but the software looked so inviting I just had to try it out :)

Lmms stands for Linux MultiMedia Studio - but don't let its name fool you!
It works just as well on Windows and most likely also on Mac systems.
The .mmpz file (i.e. the "score" of the music if you like, in a format that can be interpreted by the lmms tool can be downloaded here: mediafire.com/?4dfov022014coe6 )
The video is made using kdenlive under linux (debian sid). The images were found on images.google.com, by looking for "orange" images that are labeled for reuse.
