Based on a kind of merge between the Selmer Little Giant and the Fender Champ, this little class A guitar amplifier has an additional, switch in/out- able ECC83 powered fuzz. It's output pentode is a 6V6G, EZ41 valve rectifier and an ECC83 pre-amp. The output is about 6 watt and it has a tendency to make a crap guitarist (like me) sound like a slightly better one. It probably make a really gr8 guitarist sound even gr8er. Because it is of a 'home-brew' origin, efforts were made to ensure safety. The chassis is grounded (Earthed) so outputted connection to external equipment is not recommended. It is however, possible to connect external effect units to the input without issue. As with most of this genre of amplifier, there's no facility to send/return to a mixing desk or whatever, so sticking a microphone in front of the 10" Elac speaker is the way to go.
