In Serbia, a group of violent criminals tortured their enemies inside a house of horrors known as “The Slaughterhouse.” Unbelievably, they documented all of their crimes in photos and videos, and shared them with each other on encrypted phones. Even more unbelievable: They appear to have had the backing of some of the top officials in the Serbian government.
