Since December 2016 I'd been suffering from excruciating period cramps every single month, and the weirdest thing is that I didn't have any cramps before then. No physical reasons for the cramps either. After 18 months of suffering, I finally figured out what was causing all this pain: the innocent menstrual cup! If you use menstrual cups or tampons, and if your cervix sits low, this could also be the reason for period cramps. Also, if your menstrual cup keeps leaking no matter what you do, there is a reason for it. It's all in this video!
