Latino, Hispanic, and now, #Latinx. Radar season 3 kicks off with a deep-dive into the latest – and most controversial – identifier of our time. Where did it come from? Is the "x" erasing the Spanish language…or is it more inclusive?.
As with any break from tradition, the word, “Latinx” is still up for debate. While it was meant to signal inclusivity of non-binary people and the greater LGBTQIA community in a language that is inherently gendered, it seems to be catching on with genZ and millennials as well. On the flipside, it can’t really be pronounced in Spanish. So where does that leave us? To help break it down you’ll hear from a range of experts and voices like Paola Ramos, Annie Gonzalez from Netlflix’s Gentefied, Adam Rodriguez from CSI, Fidel Martínez from the La Times - Latinx Files, Influencers Arie Rose, Dennis Pastorizo, representatives from GLAAD and Qlatinx and our favorite funny guy, Ivan Emilio

We have different accents and experiences, but we are ALL Latinx.
We want to keep everyone on the Radar. New episodes every Thursday at 5pm EST.
