After my hours long bombardment of these tech support scammers and conversation with the infamous Randy, I was met with a rather calm scammer. Enjoy! This is the classic "Microsoft" tech support scam. These technicians claiming to be from Microsoft will tell you that your computer has these "viruses" that send error reports out to their special servers somehow. They'll say someone from a foreign IP address is attempting to hack your network. It's all scare tactic BS. The scammers attempt to remote connect to your computer through various legitimate programs on sites such as Ammyy.com and Teamviewer.com. The scammers then attempt to charge you ridiculous amounts of money for helping solve a non-existent problem that they have fabricated to scare you.. This is all a huge scam.
