Question 3: 1986 Honda VT1100 - Front brake rebuild?
You need to rebuild your front brake master cylinder. As well as your front brake caliper.

Question 4: 1998 Kawasaki Vulcan VN800 - stuck float and gas in crankcase.
Answer: Carb needs to be cleaned/rebuilt. Change the oil. Let’s hope no hydrolock damage occurred.
