I've always wanted the Bonnes to feel like more of a threat than they really come across as. They basically lock down an entire island in a matter of minutes, and the few police officers that do try to stop them here are quickly forced to hide in a nearby building. Unfortunately, Megaman himself is also really powerful, so the Bonnes often kinda come across as incompetent. For this one I decided to really lean into the kinda raw drum kit organized pirate gang feel.
